You would be in charge of:

• Assist in designing, implementation, and configuration of Pricefx solution according to customer needs using Groovy language
• Assist in communicating, gathering, and formalizing customer requirements
• Cooperating with Pricefx support team and customers on resolving technical issues
• Supporting Solution Architects to develop and maintain user stories
• Configuring solution according to Solution Architecture and user stories
• Cooperating with the project team to resolve issues

Mandatory skills we badly need

• Experience with any programming language
• Willingness to learn groovy scripting language (don’t worry, you will learn it fast)

Your focus will be on managing customized Pricefx software implementations, leveraging pricing science to enhance clients' profitability. Our clientele consists of large multinational corporations across diverse industries such as automotive, building materials, chemistry, food, packaging, and e-commerce. If you enjoy overseeing multiple projects with teams of 3-6 members and have a proven track record of successfully delivering solutions that satisfy all stakeholders, we would be delighted to meet you. We are seeking for proactive and responsible candidates with a passion for delivery, effective communication.

The following skills are mandatory for this role:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project management
• Willingness to become an expert in the pricing field, Pricefx tools, industry-specific pricing challenges, and Pricefx project methodologies
• Fluent Czech/Slovak and English, and/or German, and/or Spanish.
• Previous experience in projects for corporate customers
• Knowledge of pricing domain

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects throughout all phases, following an agile project management approach and Pricefx project methodology, from sales to implementation, testing, handover, and support.
• Negotiating agreement conditions with customers and preparing essential documents such as proposals, quotes, service or maintenance agreements, and statements of work (SoW).
• Educating the customer about respective roles, responsibilities, project methodology, Pricefx products (specific modules), and project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Github.
• Collaborating with the customer to determine the most suitable communication channels and the frequency of status and demo meetings.
• Engaging with the customer to define and prioritize user stories, define acceptance criteria, plan features, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), cutover, and stabilization sprints.
• Documenting and monitoring delivery, budget, timelines, dependencies, resource allocation, changes, bugs, and other relevant project aspects.
• Conducting regular retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in the delivery process.
• Maintaining synchronization with other project managers and contributing to future strategy and people assignments.

We have an open position for a Senior Fullstack Developer. This role is for someone who works across our software products, handling both support and new feature development. You will use modern tools (including LLM coding assistants) but, more importantly, you will reason about software, not just implement what is handed to you.

You will be working on:

• Product development on active, evolving software products
• A mix of new features, improvements, and occasional support work
• Mostly TypeScript-based systems, with room for evolution
• Small teams, real ownership, no silos

Mandatory technical skills

• Strong TypeScript + JavaScript
• React + TypeScript (modern frontend, component-based UI)
• Serious backend application development experience
• Node.js, JVM-based stacks, or Rust are all valid backgrounds
• Our current work leans mainly towards Node.js, with some Rust and serverless usage
• REST API design and implementation
• PostgreSQL beyond “user level”
  • Experience with database migrations
  • Understanding when and why to use indexes
• Docker for day-to-day development (Kubernetes not required)
• Cloud fundamentals (AWS, Hetzner; serverless is a plus)

Nice to have / bonus (not required)

• Experience with search or analytics-oriented systems (e.g. Elasticsearch, DuckDB)
• Interest in, or experience with, other languages and paradigms (e.g. Clojure / ClojureScript, functional approaches, data-oriented design)
• Practical use of AI coding tools, with the ability to reason about and verify the output
