At first we estimate how many hours each role might spend. In case the estimation requires deeper analyses we may ask you to cover its expenses.
Final quote includes ranges of effort (per project phase & per role) multiplied by hourly rates and an estimated price for scope implementation. We also include a timeline for all project stages based on our team capacities.
We prefer to invoice every month and upon our timesheets - real effort spent. If you prefer fixed price, we can do it as well. In this case we may add a buffer in the budget.
We offer three maintenance packages. They include fast reaction times and monthly effort dedicated to maintenance activities. The effort cannot be carried over to next months.
